New Business Start Ups: Roger and Andy were two of the founding Directors of Bright Grey. Nigel worked on establishing Axa Protection.
Mergers: Prolific with Scottish Provident, and Scottish Provident with Royal London.
Change Management: Franchise Sales Model within Bright Grey. Shift to Content Marketing approach within Royal London.
Product Development: Roger and Nigel were co-inventors of the “Menu of Protection” product model. Many other propositions across many brands.
Strategic Planning: Working at Board level we have led strategic planning and created annual and five year strategic plans including vision, mission and proposition.
Bancassurance: Directed the Santander Tie to Royal London’s protection range.
Direct to Consumer: Developed an aggregator based direct to consumer protection proposition for Bright Grey.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns: We have led many award winning marketing campaigns in the UK Intermediary Market.
Regulatory: Andy and Roger were FCA “Approved Persons” at Royal London.
