Working from home was once regarded as a luxury however more and more sectors seek value in an employee working within a home environment as it can curb costs and often increase productivity.Technology has made this possible, this lesson plan has been designed to help you to express a thought or opinion. The objectives of this course is to develop spoken confidence, increase vocabulary and focus on voice tones used in the English language.

Do you think that all jobs should have an element of working from home?

Describe whether you would find it difficult to adjust to a home office environment.

home.

Voice tones are really important in the English language, they can often tell an audience how passionately we feel about something. When

expressing an opinion it is important to be aware of this.

there are many ways to express your own personal opinion:

From my perspective…… In my opinion……

!You only need a few to begin with but it is

important to know and understand someones point of view, for this reason it’s important over

time to get familiar with how people use different phrases to express an opinion.

If you are involved with a high level of interaction with clients or involved with different projects at

work then learning about this topic in more detail can give you a

tremendous advantage.

If you were given the choice between working from home or working in a

conventional way, what would you do?

Are governments doing enough to encourage more people to work from

Do people who work from home earn more money?
