Our report writing solution allows you to compile your own specific reports. Configurable reports have been created with the user in mind so are exceptionally quick and easy to use. Just one click will automatically draw up your chosen report which can then be dragged through to Microsoft Word and Excel and even stored in a pdf format to provide the security function many managers require.

Biometric Terminals and Remote Clocking

Many people see a time and attendance system as the resource to stop this, although some employees have come up with ways to try and cheat the system by “buddy clocking”.

Buddy clocking is the practice of one employee clocking in or out for another employee. Not only is this costing the employer money but also often decreases morale for the majority of honest staff. Biometric technology can eliminate the risk of “buddy clocking”.

The TCU (telephone clocking utility) component in our system gives you the ability to monitor employees remotely; anywhere in the world.

We offer an optional set of specifically designed security questions that check employees’ personal information to validate the clocking. All answers are logged and can be checked at the manager’s discretion via the integrated voice mailing system. The TCU can reject or outline any discrepancies in telephone numbers. In turn you will safe

guard all clock-ins by having a predefined database of possible locations. For example “John Smith” should be calling in from “01627 77111” every Friday morning at 9:00.

If you have a more mobile workforce or a high number of home workers, web based clocking allows your employees more control over holiday bookings, to view accrued time and make changes to personal information, this reduces the administration time of your personnel and H/R departments and increases efficiency. Employees can access the software and clock in from their desk in the office, at home or via a WAP enabled phone allowing you to see who is where and when in real-time.
