Always work within the platform. 1

2 Always check the “OK/Safe For Use Tag” on scaffolding before use.

3Wear your safety harness and secure it to an anchorage point.

4 DO NOT use scaffolds without top and/or mid guardrails. Check that scaffolds are tagged and certified safe by Scaffold Supervisor before use.

Floor openings should be properly barricaded or covered.

6 DO NOT use shortcuts, they are unsafe.

7Maintain three points of contact when climbing/descending a ladder.

8 Practice good housekeeping.

9DO NOT use forklift to reach higher areas.

10 When working on hanging scaffold, wear a safety harness.Anchor it to an independent lifeline.

11Unauthorised modification of scaffold structures is strictly prohibited.

12 Obey warning signs.

13Do not use chairs or stools to climb up to the mezzanine floor. Use the stairs instead.
