Dual Lamp Fluorescent Light Uses energy-saving T8 lamps and electronic ballasts. Includes a 9’ power cord. Switchable Lamp Fluorescent Light Switchable 2 or 4 tube fluorescent light fixture allows user to select light intensity according to the task. Tilts up or down 10°.

Arlink® 7000 Fixed Height Workbench SystemSuperior Versatility. Solid Value

The All-Purpose Arlink® 7000 workbench system provides greater versatiliy than conventional workbenches and can be tailored to meet your needs. With a fixed-height worksurface and a number of configurable accessories available, the Arlink® 7000 is perfect for a variety of work applications.

Wire Shelves Mounts parallel or at 15°. Capacity is 100 lbs. evenly distributed.

Steel Shelves Mounts parallel or at 15° with the lip at the front or the rear. 100 lbs. capacity.

Dual Tube Fluorescent Lamp Comes with (2) 32 watt lamps, parabolic diffuser and on/off switch.

The All-Purpose SolutionThe Arlink® 7000 workbench is available in ten standard sizes and two heights. Simply choose the base size, height and worksurface that best suits your needs.

Under Shelf For extra storage space under your benches. 18” (46 cm) deep lower steel shelf fastens to the leg braces.

Riser Shelf with Box Support 14” (36 cm) deep shelves are finished in either stan-dard laminate, static dissi-pative laminate or butcher block to match specified worksurface.

Mobile Configurations Set of casters used to add mobility. Swivel stem casters are 5” x 1¼” and replace glides which come with stationary legs. Increases overall nominal height by 6”.

Worksurface Options

Standard Laminate Worksurface Non-glare matte finish plastic laminate covering top and all sides of medium density particle board (1 3/8” or 3.5 cm thick). Front edge is contoured for comfort and chip resistance.

Static Dissipative Laminate Worksurface Same in appearance as the standard laminate option. Provides a controlled path to ground for the dissipation of static electricity. Comes with grounding kit required for proper protection for components and personnel.

Butcher Block Worksurface Satin finish hardwood with bullnose front edge (1 3/4” or 4.5 cm thick).

Stainless steel, phenolic resin, ball transfer and other worksurfaces are also available.


Align® Adjustable Height Workstations Designed to accommodate changing task requirements.

The Align® Workstation features an adjustable base height range from 27” to 42” that allows quick and easy alignment for different tasks or operator preference. This “comfort customization” helps reduce fatigue, stress and injury potential. It can also accommodate heavy loads which further enhances ergonomic comfort for the user.

Motorized Bases Features a low-EMS, low-voltage dual actuator controller for synchronized leg movement and stressless operation.

Three height positions can be preset with the programmable switch. Static and dynamic load capacity is 1,000 lbs. Motorized base rear-justified

Hand Crank Bases Hand crank static load capacity is 1,000 lbs., dynamic load capacity is 500 lbs. Height range (floor to top of base, not including worksurface) is 27”- 42”.

Accessory Systems Customize your workstation and meet the demands of your facility.

Louvered Panel

Holds hanging plastic bin boxes, tool or supply holders. 18” high. Adjusts vertically in 1” increments.

Flat Panel Monitor Arms

The basic model supports 18 lbs. (8kg), maximum reach 16” (407mm). Articulates horizontally. The full function model supports 26 lbs. (12kg), maximum reach 15.9” (404mm). Articulates horizontally and vertically.

A gas assist arm is also available for popular tablets.

Dual tube fluorescent light fixture.

Uses energy-saving T8 lamps and electronic ballasts. Comes complete with (2) 32 watt lamps, parabolic diffuser and on/off switch. Color trim attaches to front lip of fixture. Includes 9’ power cord.

Starter Adder

The Frame Foundation

Starter frames consist of 2 upright posts and a horizontal rail. Adder sets consist of an additional upright and horizontal rail. Foot plate is 2 3⁄4” x 4”.

Mounted parallel to the worksurface or at 15°. Capacity is 100 lbs. (45kg), evenly distributed.

Made of heavy gauge steel, shelves have a 100 lb. capacity for evenly distributed loads. Store items at a 15° angle or can be mounted parallel to the worksurface. Mounted with the lip either at the front or the rear.

Vertical Space Integrator (VSI) SystemThe VSI Accessory System allows for flexible placement of individual accessory components. Frames are sturdy, heavy guage steel, and are slotted front and back at 1” increments for mounting accessories. The VSI System system complements the flexibility of the Arlink® 8000, Arlink® 7000 and Align® Workstations, but is also compatible with virtually any workbench. Some components are not shown here. A highly functional, versatile, and cost-efficient system of above-worksurface accessories such as shelves, lighting, bin holders, articulating arms, overhead cabinets and more.

This system complements the flexibility of the Align® and Arlink® 7000 Workstations, but is also compatible with virtually any workbench.

Simply select the frames (starters and adders) that fit your worksurface width, then pick accessories to mount. Frames are slotted front and back at 1” increments.

Nexus Accessory System

Twin Tube Fluorescent Light Fixture Uses energy-saving T8 lamps and electronic ballasts. Comes complete with (2) 32 watt lamps, parabolic diffuser and on/off switch.

Articulating AccessoriesIncludes flat panel monitor arms, bin holders and equipment platforms.Articulating feature positions critical equipment in comfortable reach.

Power Rails Horizontal power beam has 8 receptacles, lighted power switch and 15 amp circuit breaker. Vertical power strip mounts vertically to front and back of upright. Bracket and hardware supplied.

Adjustable ShelvesMade of heavy gauge steel and can be mounted parallel to the work-surface or at a 15° angle for easy, ergonomic access. 100 lb. weight capacity for evenly distributed loads. Are reversible, with the lip either at the front, or at the rear to act as a back stop. Supports are attached through a simple double-notch system into slots on the uprights.

Nexus Rear Mount FramesFrames allow use of the Nexus upright system and above bench accessories.
