Notes: 1. Mobile work is continuously moving or stopped for a brief period of time, less than 15 minutes. 2. Advance Warning Vehicle shall not encroach into the travel lane. 3. If shoulder area becomes too narrow for the Advance Warning vehicle to be completely on the shoulder, the vehicle shall stay on the wider shoulder area until the operator can safely drive around the narrow shoulder to new set-up point. 4. Where practical and as needed, the work and shadow vehicles should pull over periodically to allow vehicular traffic to pass. 5.
