Work Plan Release Manager extends the Digital Manufacturing value stream into the production environment.Work Plan Release Manager delivers the ability to publish process plan work instructions authored in Work Instruction Designer to the shop fl oor. Here they can either be viewed as work instructions using Shop Floor Operator, a 3DEXPERIENCE® dashboard application, or executed as shop orders in DELMIA Apriso Execution.

Bridge the data gap between planning and productionWork Plan Release Manager is easily installed with the capability to seamlessly connect with DELMIA Apriso Execution. When the author is ready to publish, planning data is compiled into a lightweight format and distributed to the shop fl oor. Released upstream planning is shared with DELMIA Apriso Execution.

Work Instruction Publish & ReviewWork Plan Release Manager can be used with Shop Floor Operator to publish and review draft work instructions prior to being released to the shop fl oor. Work instruction planners are able to see work instruction content in the eyes of a shop fl oor worker and adjust the work instructions as often as required prior to fi nal release.

Publish to ExecutionWhen process plan work instructions are released, Work Plan Release Manager is used to publish to DELMIA Apriso Execution where manufacturing shop orders can be processed by production workers.

Upstream planning is connected with manufacturing operations

A view of the product buildup of each operation is distributed
