Abstract: The collection contains journals, train schedules and pictures drawn byStanley Cook. Collection also contains correspondences between Stanley and his soon tobe wife Lillian Crosby written while Stanley was serving in World War II.

Stanley Cook was bom on July 30, 1914 to Oke and Emma Cook. His childhood homewas at 23 Gosnold Street in Worcester. During his teen years Stanley kept a detailedaccount of all the trains and trolleys that traveled through Worcester. He enlisted into theUS Army on March 5, 1942. He served in Europe with Company B, 942"̂ * EngineersTopographic Battalion. He was discharged November 8, 1945. Stanley died in March2 0 0 7 .

The collection contains journals, train schedules and pictures drawn by Stanley Cook.Collection also contains correspondences between Stanley and his soon to be wife LillianCrosby written while Stanley was serving in World War II.
