“I learned that tomorrow's never going to be like today, and certainly nothing like yesterday. And that made me able to cope with change, indeed, eventually to welcome change, though I'm told I'm still very difficult.”

What does tomorrow look like?

“When Georgia and I were asked to come up with a campaign about gender diversity, our first thought was not to make something too wholesome! We instead decided to create a short mockumentary that points the finger at gender stereotypes. An absurd solution for an absurd problem.”

“The aim of the campaign is to encourage more women to apply for roles with us. We hope it shows we have a team that genuinely cares about the issue (and has a sense of humour). We have people from all over the world working here, but we can’t consider ourselves a diverse group if our gender balance isn’t right. To be a creative agency we need diversity, diversity of thought, background, gender. It’s not just about gender equality, we want to be the best team we can be!”

“We shot it over the course of a fun day. We shot everyone going about their work (some even met with their clients). Everyone was involved and I think that goes to show we have a great group of people here and a lovely environment to work in.”
