    PHASE 2

Neptune is working with its partners - Wolverhampton City Council,

Network Rail and British Waterways on a second phase of work which will see the

comprehensive redevelopment of the land around the railway station to

establish a new canalside quarter comprising a brand new station concourse

set amongst office, retail, leisure and hotel uses.

PRIME RETAIL, LEISURE & OFFICE SPACE TO LET

Quality new build commercial floor space in the exciting new Wolverhampton Interchange Transport Hub is now available. Adjacent to the bus and rail stations,

alongside the ring road and a few steps away from the city centre.

The Interchange project is delivering a 21st Century public transport facility to serve the growing city of Wolverhampton. The new Bus Station opens

in the summer of 2011 and will build on its status as the busiest in the West Midlands. This will be followed by the redevelopment of the Citys West

    Coast Mainline Railway Station.

As well as the bus terminus, the scheme sees the construction of an iconic bridge across the Citys ring road to provide a new pedestrian link between the bus and

railway station and beyond to the Citys main retail core. A public square is being created around the listed Queens Building to provide a high quality setting for the

    commercial elements of the scheme.

Interchange is the arrival point for Wolverhampton. The new retail, leisure and office space will benefit from massive footfall generated by the transport

infrastructure. Interchange also sits alongside the key elements of the Citys cultural offer providing the opportunity to build on the nighttime economy.

    12.8 million people per annum

already use the bus terminus and this is set to rise to 13.2m with the increased

capacity and state of the art facilities. (Source: Centro)

4.2 million people per annumuse the mainline railway station with numbers likely to rise following improvements delivered

as part of phase 2 of the Interchange development. (Source: Centro)

The recently refurbished Grand Theatre and Lighthouse Art House Cinema adjoin the

Interchange development. (Source: Department for Transport)
