Pre-treatment The overall purpose of pre-treating wood is to create beautiful effects, unique colours and contemporary designs. All pre-treatments are finished with one of the WOCA basic treatment products.

Basic treatment Our finishing products are based on natural oils, which strengthen and stimulate the natural qualities of the wood. The wide range of products make it possible to achieve a unique surface finish.

Care, cleaning and maintenanceRegular care and maintenance are vital to keep the wood in strong, beautiful condition for a long time. Well-kept surfaces result in easy cleaning and maintenance.

The WOCA system is available in more than 60 countries. We offer technical support and on-site assistance worldwide by our dedicated sales team.

Easy applicationThe WOCA oil finishing systems ensure effective penetration into the wood. We operate with two categories of oils: traditional oxidizing oils and UV-curing oils. Our solutions are flexible and easily implemented into your manufacturing facility.

Choose the procedure that fits your facility:• Manual application• Spray or roller• Roller coaters on oiling line• Drying: Drying rack, IR and hot-air drying channel, UV dryer

Industrial Lacquer for FurnitureEnvironmentally friendly lacquer for furniture based on a polyurethane polymer developed to ensure a hard-wearing surface.• Water-based• High wearing qualities• High chemical resistance• May be used on most types of furniture including table tops

WOCA Industrial Hardwax OilA durable, fast drying and eco-friendly wood finish developed to create a silky mat, smooth and hardwearing oiled/waxed surface. • High chemical resistance• No additional on-site treatment is required• Can be tinted in customised colours• Compatible with all the regular WOCA products

WOCA UV OilA VOC-free product noted for its UV-curing technology. The oil hardens instantly after being applied, ensuring high productivity without compromising quality. • Low gloss• Ensures an extremely fast application flow• Provides an oiled floor ready for use• Compatible with all the regular WOCA products

To create an attractive and ultra mat look we recommend to topcoat the WOCA UV Oil with the newly developed WOCA UV Topcoat.

Distinctive colour options

The WOCA tinting system allows us to custom mix practically any colour you desire. Multi-coloured, vivid, antique, rustic, drift wood or plain coloured surfaces can all be achieved.

The system uses specially developed pigments, which are compatible with the various WOCA lye, stains and pigmented oils.
