    What Is WOC?

    WLAN over CATV (WOC) uses CATV cables to transmit WLAN signals. WLAN and cable TV signa

    combined by a combiner and transmitted to guest rooms through the CATV cables. Inside the room

    WLAN/CATV signals are separated using a WOC panel.

    The WOC solution uses existing CATV cables in hotels to transmit WLAN signals, which reduces w

    cable deployment. WLAN signals are forwarded to guest rooms without wall penetration signal loss

    Main Device Components

    Splitter/combiner (mandatory)

    A splitter/combiner combines CATV and WLAN signals. The

    Indoor distributed AP6310SN (mandatory)

    The AP6310SN sends WLAN radio signals to the WOC sys

    to the IP network of the hotel.

    1/2 power splitter (optional)

    A power splitter separates AP radio signals into two channe

    combined with CATV signals by a splitter/combiner. This en

    WOC panel (mandatory)

    Each room has one WOC panel installed to separate mixed
