the USA. Woman in Essex County, Jeniffer Fragoso, 24, has sued Dunkin Donuts after

suffering a hot-drink spilled on her thighs. Although she was hastily taken to The Burn Center at

St. Barnabas in Livingston, Fragoso states she will need surgery to remove the permanent scars

thisburn have generated. Lawyer says that although Fragoso new her drink was going to be hot,

she never expected its temperature to be a hazard to herself. This case may remind us of the

Mcdonald case which happened in 1994.

This time it may be hard for woman in Trenton to get out of jail

Resident of Trenton who was previously convicted killed her boyfriend from a stab in the chest.

Edna White,56, who had been convicted 30 years ago, murder Dwene Jerome Clark ,55, during

an argument with a 10 inch knife at his home on Heil Avenue. Clark was able to indenfied

Edna as his attacker; however, Ednas lawyer states that she only did it in self defense.

Ednas criminal history was brought up while Ednas hearing. According to Judge Mark

Fleming Ednas freedom will be hard to obtain, for she is is now facing a bail of 75,000 dollars

cash.

A baby was just given a second chance.In Florida, a woman, Pamela Rauseo, who was stuck in traffic with her nephew, Sebastian de La

cruz, faced the worst nightmare of her life. Sebastian, who is only 5 months old was like every

baby fasten to his chair. Rauseo noticed that Sebastian was not making any noise, it is then when

she decided to pull over on Dolphin expressway. For a moment she thought he was asleep, and

tried to wake him up but he did not respond. She realised then that Sebastian wasnt breathing.

Rauseo in an act of desperation got out of the car with baby Sebastian in arms and yelled for

help. A woman named Lucila Godoy who stopped first to help, knew CPS and help assist the

little boy with her service. After regaining conscious the baby stopped breathing again and again

Godoy helped just on time when the recue came.
