Of course, when it comes to your home, a single putty and paint job is inadequate. So we give it a double coat of coarse putty coating, followed by a double coat of fine putty, a coat of primer and finally a double coat of paint. Also, we add PU Foam between the door frame and the wall. Other details that we don’t miss are the best grade of adhesive for the tiles. And, for added security, we have Bio-metric locks.

1 Gypsum plastering: Gypsum applied on the wall surface to get perfect evenness and also to seal the pin holes to keep the wall surface intact before painting

11 Skirting with chamfered edges: Skirting provides an attractive finishing touch where wall meets floor and here the edges are chamfered to ensure safety and also to enrich aesthetics

2 Light weight filling: In podium slab below hardscape, the depth is provided for service lines which are concealed within the lightweight filling materials which has a good absorption capacity

3 Concrete Paver blocks: The Podium hardscape is provided with Paver blocks, which are very durable and long lasting as they are adequately interlocked. This Paver blocks can withstand hefty vehicular load as well and is very versatile
