opening for a Full Time Lineman Trainee living in
Jefferson County, the western portion of our service territory. This position is a physically
demanding but rewarding position with good
growth opportunities and does not require any
previous line experience. On the job training will be provided. The co-op
is looking for a candidate with a high school
diploma or equivalent and solid work history
that enjoys working in a team environment. The candidate must also have a Class A, Commercial Driver’s License, or be
able to obtain one within six months of employment.

Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees F. Grease one 1 baking sheet.
In mixing bowl, whip together the egg whites 2 and water until frothy. In seperate bowl, mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Add pecans to egg whites, stir to coat the nuts 3 evenly. Remove the nuts, and toss them in the sugar mixture until coated. Spread the nuts out on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour. Stir every 4 15minutes.

1 cup white sugar •3/4 teaspoon salt •1/2 teaspoon •
