Craig Black’s Western Truck Group (WTG) is the new name in the trucking industry.

Following the purchase of the former Queensland Truck Centre in 2018, the Craig Black Group was appointed as Volvo Group Australia’s newest exclusively authorised Mack, UD and Volvo Truck and Bus service agent. The Craig Black Group is a family owned and operated business that has been supporting regional Queensland for more than 30 years. Since the foundation of WTG, the Group has invested heavily into purchasing additional parts stock and hiring experienced personnel to support the growing transport hub of Toowoomba and Regional Queensland. The Toowoomba parts department now has more than 60 years combined experience with the Mack, UD and Volvo brands.

Whilst WTG has only been in operation for a few months, we have already experienced growth through the return of previous customers as well as new customers who are surprised by our level of stock, service and knowledge. At WTG we pride ourselves on customer service – a value shared by Volvo Group Australia and core to the Craig Black Group philosophy. Our commitment to our business partners and customers is “with you for the long haul” and this is equally important for our staff who are offered training and ongoing support to improve the level of service to our customers.
