PROJECT’S OBJECTIVESImprove participants' knowledge of CSR and transnational contractual issues (health and safety, work-life balance, vocational training, demography, gender policies).

Exchange good practices on negotiated agreements and CSR policies.

Provide participants with contractual tools and strategies to foster CSR and national/company implementation of transnational agreements.

Identify measures and initiatives to adapt social dialogue to changes.

Identify shared tools to help employees and companies anticipate and manage the impact of crisis and restructuring.
