Reporting System (APRS), we had to make an emergency landing.
The most important thing in an emergency is to establish a plan and commit to executing it the
best you can.
You could spend $150/year on a “Spot”, but the APRS hardware
only cost us about $100, and the service is free forever.
APRS is like a “LoJack” for our airplane. When you turn on the master switch, it automatically
starts reporting its position.
