The WISEWOMAN Program helps Michigan women with little or no insurance gain access to screening and lifestyle interventions that can reduce their risk for many chronic diseases

Michigan WISEWOMAN is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

In order to be enrolled in WISEWOMAN, a participant must first be in the Michigan Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program (BCCCP)
