The chall enges face d by indus trial us ers With the continuous development of China’s power industry & improvement of the power system automation, all the substation, substations, high‐voltage transmission lines would have to achieve few people or unattended, in order to enhance the production effi cien cy . How to orga nic comb inati on wire less monit oring with remote monit oring , controlling, security, fire‐fighting and alarming network system will be a challenge. Because it is not only request the remote monitoring, controlling, and video transmission based on wireless & wired networks, but also have normal alarm network function with reasonable input costs; which can be more effective in ensuring the stability of system, and then let the securi ty technolo gy enhance to a brand new level. In thi s case, Net wor kin g, wir eless, remote monitoring will be a main direction of the current surveillance industry. Remote monitoring system will monitor and record the safety & operation of electrical equipment and substations, to detect and solve the accidents in time, in order to improve the aut oma tion of power sys tem securi ty and reliabili ty . Cer tai nly , the hig h ‐voltage tran smission line’s secur ity has become an impor tant part of automation. 1. Using wireless network at a fixed location to transfer the substation/ high voltage transmission line video information, monitoring data and environmental temperature and humidity and other monitoring data to the management central;2.Vehicle mobile transmission needs to use the wireless video transmission solution to transfer the real-time transmission of video information of the substation/high voltage transmission line to the management central; 3. To transmit real-time dynamic images ( not the pictures) and data, and on the basic of the demand to transmit the vehicle video information by the decoder or decoding card landing, which means that digital information will be switch into an analog video signal output on the big screen;4. Vehicle system video info selection is using vehicle PTZ, which can local recorder. There are two ways of PTZ control, one is by the central software platform, the other is using control keyboard of the vehicle;5. 3G/2G network will be option automatically by device if there is no 4G/3G network in order to ensure the continuously wireless transmission;6. All the management central can real-time dispatching and monitoring data;7.It can provide solar power for outdoor.
