ABOUT ECHO – East County Historical OrganizationUnder the inspiration and leadership of Ruth Dulin of Fairview, OR, a group of interested

people from Fairview and the surrounding areas were brought together to form of a local historical society. They decided to broaden the base of interest, which resulted in

the formation of the Fairview-Rockwood-Wilkes Historical Society in 1987. This area covers approximately ten square miles in East Multnomah County, and is located

between Gresham, OR, and the Columbia River. In 2014, our name changed to East County Historical Organization (ECHO) to better reflect our mission.

Mission StatementThe mission of East County Historical Organization is to preserve and stimulate an

interest in the history of the Fairview, Rockwood and Wilkes areas of East Multnomah County, Oregon. Our goal is to ensure that future generations of these three areas do

not lose touch with their past.

About Treadway EventsTreadway Events & Entertainment is a new Portland, OR based, powerhouse event

consulting and rental company specializing in themed and fundraiser events. We’re capable of assisting in all types of events from private weddings, retirement parties and

anniversary parties to large scale corporate and holiday events. Some of our areas of expertise are planning, marketing/promotion, budgeting, vendor coordination, design and fabrication. Treadway Events produces and owns events of our own as well. Our

company consists of creative individuals just like you, we listen and strive to think outside the box. WinterVille at The Zimmerman Heritage Farm features tours through the historic, fully decorated Zimmerman House. A winter beer and hard cider

garden, food and craft vendors, christmas movies, local high school choirs and performers, over 8,000 beautiful christmas lights, a kids craft area and free pictures with Santa. The event will benefit the “East County Historical

Organization” a 501(c)3 organization and will be produced by Treadway Events & Entertainment.
