WinterlakeWinterlake is approached off a country lane through a broad gravel entrance with stone gateposts and double, wrought-iron gates. The driveway leads through the grounds, terminating in a parking area at the front of the house. The house was originally constructed in the late 1960s with later additions and is constructed of block under a tile roof. The house is classically designed with a central reception hall leading off to well-proportioned rooms that were designed to specifically take advantage of the views. The house is very light with sash windows on both the ground and first floor.
