30/20/10-am (60 mins)our newest format on this quarter’s schedule, 30/20/10-am is sure to be a fan favorite! in the am class, expect 30 minutes of cardio training, such as cycling, step aerobics or kickboxing. then spend the next 20 minutes building muscle in a strength training segment. and finish with 10 minutes of core training and stability. rock on! this class is great for all skill levels!

30/20/10-pm (60 mins)30/20/10-pm is similar to our am version of this class. However, during the first 30 minutes, you’ll be rocking your body to awesome tunes in Zumba, followed by 20 minutes of strength training, and 10 minutes of fitness yoga. this class is sure to be a hit with everyone!

abs & glutes (45 mins)45 minutes of only abs and glutes … this class is sure to make you sweat! this intense workout will focus entirely on making those tummies and hind ends work like they never have. non-impact and efficient, you will definitely “feel the burn” and be begging for more! this class is suitable for all fitness levels.

arms & abs (45 mins)similar to abs & glutes but the focus is on the arms and abs in this class! after strength training and toning the upper body, you’ll hit the mat (or ball, or Bosu, or…) for hardcore abdominal training. Be prepared to make those shoulders burn and sculpt a more defined mid-section! this class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

boot camp (45 mins)Looking for a super-challenging workout? Boot camp is where it’s at! this class combines cardio and agility drills, challenging your body on all levels. expect sport conditioning types of intervals, while using a wide variety of equipment. and although this class is a tough one, all levels can enjoy a great workout, as modifications are offered for all fitness levels.
