Since Hurricane Harvey, Auto Exam has inspected and found over 68 flooded vehicles and over 300 vehicles needing over $2,500 in mechanical repairs that were being sold to Shell FCU members.

2017 Prize: When you obtain an Auto, Signature, Home Equity or Mortgage loan with Shell FCU in 2017 the primary member will be entered to win a 2017 Ford F-150. Each loan is another chance to win and chances of winning are based on the number of entries. The truck giveaway event will be held at the Pasadena Convention Center on January 27, 2018. • If you realize your card is lost/stolen, you notify Shell FCU as soon as possible.• You have not allowed anyone else to use your card, even for a one-time purchase.• You can demonstrate that your card and card information were secured at all times.• Upon reviewing your transaction activity, any suspicious transactions are reported

to Shell FCU within 60 days of your statement date; or within 90 days of the transaction date.

Shell FCU may not hold members liable for fraudulent transactions, as long as the following conditions are true.

If a card is lost/stolen, and you report the lost card to Shell FCU within 2 business days, you can lose no more than $50.00 if someone used your card, or card information,

without your permission.

If a card is lost/stolen, and you do NOT report the lost card to Shell FCU within 2 business days, you can lose as much as $500.00 if someone used your card, or card information,

without your permission.
