Product description WINEA MATRIX

General description

WINEA MATRIX combines straight-line, simple elegance with consequent modular functionality and design.

The system is modular, meaning that the carcass depth is equal for all cabinets.

Single elements are easy to assemble as well as to disassemble.

For more functionality, the cabinet lockers are changeable.

WINEA MATRIX fulfils DIN EN 14073, part 2 and 3, DIN EN 14074,

DIN technical report 147 of BGI 650 and BGR 234.

The additional delivery is assured for at least five years.

Construction, material and surface

Three layered chipboards due to DIN 68765, emission class E1,

are used. Both sides directly coated with Melamine or both sides veneered.

The top surface is lightfast, mostly blend-free and extremely scratch-resistant.

Security advice:

Free standing cabinets in widths 40 + 60 cm must be secured to the wall!

Add-on cabinets must either be smaller or equal the height of the basic cabinets!

Maximal two cabinets can be put on top of each other!

Tambour door cabinets and filing frame cabinets are possible up to a maximum height of 3FH,

all other lower cabinets are available up to a maximum height of 4 FH.

Carcass

The body is glued, its 1.9cm thick rear panel allows free positioning of the cabinets.

The front and rear edges of the cabinet sides have an aluminium profile. Carcass and bottoms are 1.9 cm thick.

Depending on the version all front and rear edges (body, middle side and bottoms) are glued with a 0.2 cm

banding, or a 0.2 cm strong massive-wood banding (ASB) and are rounded with a 0.2 cm radius.

The carcass sides have 5 holes each, to enable a changing of the Bookcases in a 3.2 cm raster.

Fronts and equipment

The fronts are 1.9cm thick and depending on the version are rounded with a 0.2 cm strong ASB-or 0.2 cm

massive-wood band. They have a radius of 0.2 cm.

Cabinets and Bookcases with width up to 80 cm are delivered with seamless Bookcases, without middle side.

Sliding door cabinet

The sliding door cabinets have an upper and a bottom aluminium profile.

The sliding doors are laterally moveable and smooth running through the use of castors.

All sliding door cabinets have a lock with changeable cylinder.

The sliding door cabinets 120, 160 and 180 cm wide are equipped with a middle side to allow

a fixing of filing frames.



Tambour door cabinet

The tambour door cabinets have an upper and a lower aluminium profile.

The polypropylen coated tambours doors are available in the front colours.

The tambour doors open, depending on the width, to left or right - or to both sides.

Tambour door cabinets with a width of 160 and 180 cm have two doors and close in the middle.

As additional reinforcement the upper Bookcases of the 120 cm wide roll door cabinets

have notched steel profiles. All cabinets have a lock.

Hinged door cabinets

The Hinged doors have an opening angle of 110°.

These cabinets are equipped with a "jump-open" mechanism and receive a turning bar lock.

The wardrobe cabinet is equipped with an extendable wardrobe bar, a hat shelf and a mirror.

Hanging file cabinets

All hanging filing cabinets are equipped with pull-out stop, counter weight and centric closing.

The drawers have covers and a handle line on the upper edge.

If handle line is not chosen, fronts are opened with "push to open".

The tracks are additionally connected with a horizontal security track.

Damped drawers secure a silent closing.

As additional reinforcement the upper Bookcases of 100 and 120 cm wide hanging file cabinets

have notched steel profiles.

The hanging file cabinets fulfil DIN 821.

Cover top

Always basic and upper cabinets have a 1.3 cm thick and 45.1 cm deep cover top, just lower cabinets will

be delivered without cover top.

All edges of the cover top are glued with a 0.2 cm banding, or a 0.2 cm strong massive-wood banding (ASB)

and are rounded with a 0.2 cm radius.

Lower construction

Optionally you can choose between a 4.5 cm high, four sides closed steel plinth, a 1.9 cm high plinth plate

(three layered chipboard) or 10.6 cm high, round feet (d=3.0 cm, plate d=6.4 cm).

The height adjustment screws have an adjustment area of 1 cm for balancing unevenness on the floor.

Acoustic front and back panels

Acoustic fronts and back panels can be used for tambour door, sliding door and Hinged door cabinets.

These are fine micro absorber fronts with a perforation of 0.2 mm with 300.000 holes per sqm.



Apothecary cabinets

The carcass of the apothecary cabinet accords in material, surface and construction to the cabinet range.

The apothecary cabinet has a pull-out on the side.

This pull-out is equipped with two folder cases, which have also profile rails for supporting hanging files,

as well as a privacy case with drawer and a pull-out pencil tray.

The use height of the whole pull-out is 120 cm.

The pull-out will be opened with a vertical rod handle (length ca. 88 cm) , is lockable and has a drag plinth.

The apothecary cabinets will be delivered with steel plinth and cover top and they are available in left and

right version.

Pedestals on castors

Material, surface and construction

The carcass of the Mobile pedestals accords in material, surface and construction to the cabinet range.

The pedestals are left and right usable.

An uncomplicated and quick rebuilding is possible.

The movable pedestals are equipped with four sunk-in castors.

Each pedestal has a pull-out (pencil tray).

This pull-out do not affect the usable height units.

System drawers

The steel drawer is deformation resistant, has a high capacity and a self pull-in with smooth closing.

The covers hide the tracks.

The lateral and front arrangements enable a multiple organisation.

Serially each drawer with a 6 UH has a hanging file frame.

The drawers are easy to clean and have no sharp edges.

The front of the drawers are adjustable and changeable by slot drillings.

The track systems fulfil the DIN 68858.

They have full pull-out 105 % and a load of 45kg for tracks.

All pedestals have a central lock, locking series 3000.

All pedestals have a pull-out stop, and - where necessary - a counterweight.

Technical pedestals

The technical pedestals are specially developed for screen workstations.

They are available in different widths; the depth and the height is always the same.


The technical pedestals are available in left and right version and two different drawer separations.

Carcass, cover tops and steel plinth of the technical pedestal accord in material, surface and construction

The cover top has a cable outlet over the CPU-case.

The drawer units accord in material, surface and construction to the pedestals on castors.

Equipment

The drawer unit (9 UH) will be insert as 43.0 cm wide or strait drawer, 33.0 cm wide.

The printer unit is also available in two different widths (48.2 cm, or rather 68.2 cm).

It has a pull-out shelf.

The CPU unit is 28.8 cm wide and has at front and back side a lockable Hinged door.

The exterior side is equipped with an air grill.

At the side and in the top are cable outlets mounted.



Mobiles


The carcass of the mobiles accords in material, surface and construction to the cabinet range.

The standing mobile and the catering mobile will be closed with the roll door.

The standing mobile has a fixed shelf in the upper part and below a drawer unit (9 UH) or a shelf.

The catering mobile has a drawer (h=10 cm) with cutlery tray and four drawers (h=20 cm) with lateral and

vertical dividers.

The media mobile is equipped as follows:

Turnbox, 3 plug with feeder.

The mobiles are lockable and equipped with a handle and four castors (two of them with brakes).

Flipchart


The frame of the flipchart consists of powder coated steel. It is screwed and demountable.

Lectern


The carcass of the lectern accords in material, surface and construction to the cabinet range.

It has a lockable Hinged door and an open shelf.

The carcass support is made of aluminium, powder coated.

The cover top has on each side an overlap of 15 cm.

The document tray is adjustable.

The lectern is adjustable with two floor balance screws.

Environmental compatibility

According to the demands of the dangerous substances decree ( § 9 Abs. 3.4 ) only chipboards of the

emission class E1 are used.

Rest emissions of formaldehydes are therefore more reduced, all edges and cutting sides - also the

invisible ones - are covered with ABS-or massive wood bandings.

Therefore the formaldehyde emission has been reduced to 0.02 ppm.

No foams or other CfC-containing materials are used.

For delivery, no unnecessary packing is used, but recyclable furniture packing blankets.
