A warm welcome to our newly refurbished Skye Bistro. The wines on this list have been
savoured, enjoyed and selected by the owners of Fordoun. Our intention is to offer
you a balance of grape varieties, from a spread of regions, which produce our sublime
South African wines.
Value for money is one of our key selection criteria, while at the same time endeavouring
to bring you wines of true international stature. We are confident that you will find a wine
of your choice to complement your meal. We have added a wine pairing suggestion section
to our wine list to ensure you enjoy our freshly prepared, locally sourced dishes with the

Claudia is a traditional method bottle fermented sparkling wine made from Chardonnay (79%)
and Pinot Noir (21%.) Claudia is synonymous with the celebration of life and should be present at

lemon curd aromas mingle with perfumed red berries. Fresh and light in the mouth, with

From Steenberg’s Ultra Premium range of wines comes this Italian classic varietal. Pioneer
