Lees disposal is an energy saving tool for wineries wishing to avoid overloading and stressing the biochemistry of wastewatersystems and ponds.

NO CHARGE Pick up and delivery of forkliftable IBC tanks for the removal of wine waste.

Limit dilution of lees with water. No water preferred.

Store inside winery or in the shade.

Notify Lees Solutions of estimated racking dates, pick up times, and keep us informed of any changes.

Have a bill of lading ready to be filled out with varietal, vintage and appellation when lees are removed from the premises.
