During design and development of every TOSO product, a prototype is prepared in typical dimensions (e.g., 2.0mW x 3.0mH manual roller blind with solarscreen). The prototype is subjected to 10,000 cycles of full-open and full-close. Then the prototype and its components are carefully analyzed by TOSO product design department. The product would pass the test and be approved for mass production only if there is no decrease in its performance, and no wear-out of the components after the 10K test.This is how TOSO confirms the quality and durability of its products.
