Fastening

of windows and doors into many wall materialsas for example, bricks and vertically perforatedbricks, pumice, concrete, sand-lime stone, aereated concrete etc.

Assembly:

- Drill Ø 6,2 mm frame holes(can be done in the factory or on site)

- Alignment of the frame in the wall opening

- Drill Ø 6,0 mm holes into the wall material(drill hole depth = insertion depth + 10 mm)

- Fastening of the EJOT fram anchors

- Push on cap if required

Specification/Application:

Renovation screw to fasten PVC profiles for the assembly of window and door frames to timber embrasures.

R stands for Renoviation, S for screw

Screw is used for the renovation of timber windows. The timber blind frame is being milled-off and encased with a plastic profile. This creates a new blind frame form.

Decreased effort and residue, since the old window does not have to be completely removed.

Assembly screw to fasten window and doorprofiles with steel reinforcement and pre-hole Ø 4 mm.

Coupling is the term used for fastening blind frames of larger windows

M stands for the German word Montage (assembly), S stands for screw

The screw has a partial sheet metal thread, to prevent air gaps and spaces between the profilesand thus reach an optimal abridging of the profiles

The length has to be exactly chosen so it onlyfastens into one wall of the metal reinforcement.
