KurzprofilWir bei PEC befassen uns seit über 10 Jahren mit dem Weiterbetrieb von Windenergieanlagen nach Ablauf ihrer Auslegungslebens-dauer und haben dafür ein umfassendes Dienstleistungspaket entwickelt. Den ersten Teil des Pakets bildet die Ermittlung der theoretischen Restlebensdauer der Anlage. Die Restlebensdauer ermitteln wir durch Simulationen, die die Auslegungswindbedin-gungen mit den tatsächlichen Standortbedingungen vergleichen und Reserven in der Materialermüdung aufdecken. Den zweiten Teil stellen eine Vor-Ort-Begutachtung und ein begleitendes Service-Konzept dar, das wir zusammen mit namhaften Partnern aus dem Servicebereich anbieten. Außerdem beantworten wir auch komplexere Fragen z.B. bezüglich erhöhter Turbulenz oder der Validierung von Analysen mit unserem Lastmonitoring-System.
Short profileWe at PEC have worked on life time extension of wind turbines after expiration of their design life time for more than 10 years and we have developed a comprehensive service package regarding this topic. The first part of this package consists of an assessment of the theoretical remaining life time of the turbine. We obtain the remaining life time by simulations that compare the design wind conditions to the actual conditions on site and determine reserves in the material fatigue. The second part consists of an on-site inspection and a corresponding service concept that we offer with renowned partners in the service sector. Finally, we offer answers regarding more complex problems, for instance related to turbulence exceedances or validation of analyses using our load monitoring system.

Die Mitglieder sind derzeit 437 Unternehmen aus 33 Ländern mit einer installierten Kapazität von 302 GW, davon mehr als 38 GW aus Windenergie.Seit dem Jahr 2001 tauschen Betreiber von Windenergieanlagen ihre Erfahrungen zu technischen und umweltrelevanten Themen auf Expertenebene innerhalb des VGB aus. Die Arbeitsplattform besteht neben den strategisch orientierten und technischen Steuerungsgremien aus vier weiteren Arbeitsgruppen, die sich mit verschiedenen technischen, operativen und umweltrelevanten Aspekten befassen.
