IHI’s achievements include establishing Shipyard “Ishikawajima do Brasil Estaleiros S.A (known as

“ISHIBRAS”) with the Brazilian Government in Rio de Janeiro in 1959.

1961 Delivered the first ship

1974 Inauguration of the Dock(400,000 t )

1976 Received order of Hot Sprit Mill for CSN with IHI

1978 Delivered the tanker (277,000 t)
