How to Create a ‘User Matrix’
Open WinFIBRE 3.0 from Main Menu, open Matrix Select Standard Matrix Select required Matrix Edit the Matrix, as required from Main Menu select File Save as: assign a filename
eg. sample.mtx

from Main Menu select File and Open in the ‘Open’ window, change ‘Files
of Type’ to Matrix.files (*.mtx) Enter or select filename of user
matrix file already created Press Open from Main Menu, click Matrix select ‘Select Active Matrix’

Working with the ‘User-Matrix’
To start creating a new document:
Select ‘File’ New New document
Press ‘Tab’-key to copy the information from the matrix into your input document to complete the field(s)

Useful hints for Useful hints for the ‘the ‘User Matrix’
when using an already existing document make sure to select corresponding matrix, eg. sample.mtx (= matrix) sample.inp (= document input file)
make sure to always enter data of record into the document input file (extension: *.inp)
enter in matrix only common data (eg. Report no, Conference tags, etc.)
no individual information in matrix (eg. Author, title)
