Conclusions & Future Directions

• Diversified sources for resistance to wilt are available

• Limited or no resistance to collar and dry root rots

• Wilt resistance in improved lines incorporated

• Wilt resistance in red lentil and desi chickpea is morefrequent than in green lentil and kabuli chickpea

• Pathogenic variability and gene specific internationaldifferential sets
