Main informations:
-Thomas wants to fire Okono « What we have here is a clear case of dishonesty. »

Exhibit 1: Cover letter from Sylvia Appleby to Thomas
Sylvia Appebly:-She’s an accountant -Accompanying Her Financial Report to Ian Thomas
Results of the report:- Afraid by what she saw
« Some of the errors were procedural; others, I'm afraid, were more serious. »
- Confirm that approximately £50,000 was spent for « intencives » « There did not seem to be any attempt to cover this
expense »
Not the first time that happened, but before it was hidden « In the past these “incentives” had been written off as sales promotion costs. »

He explains the Ghana’s bad situation:« Last year was a year of drought. Food production dropped. »
He is concerned about the Rawlings anti-business stand « this stance could really imperil Wilson »
He sees himself as being essential
« Wilson will not fail in Ghana as long as I am allowed to direct the subsidiary's policies as I see fit. »
