BIOGRAPHY William T. VanCuren “Bill” Vice President & CIO IT Services Division NCR Corporation Bill VanCuren is Vice President and CIO at NCR Corporation. His current assignment as the CIO has oversight over the full application realization process, Portfolio Management, Network and Processing services for both internal and external customer services, security and compliancy, and all workgroup and client computing. Bill is a Leadership team member of the Integrated Solutions Group and Chief Financial Office organizations, and sits on both the Leadership Council and Leadership Team of the corporation. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude from The Ohio State University and his M.B.A. from the University of Dayton. He has also received executive training at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, along with various extended leadership and management training from NCR University. Bill has 26 years of experience in the I.T field and has held progressively responsible positions in systems realization and IT general management including the following positions: Director of Information Systems, Workstation Products Division. Director of Engineering, Manufacturing, & Distribution Systems, Director of Global Services Systems; Asst. VP of Global Deployment, and VP of Enterprise Business Applications. Bill established the first NCR captive IT development center in India, championed the Engineering processes to achieve CMM level- III, and has driven world class levels of both efficiency and improved effectiveness via a combined IT and business governance. Bill is a board member of the TechFirst Alliance, and volunteers time towards career mentoring at both OSU and the University of Dayton. Hobbies include skiing, landscaping, and attending Ohio State football games. Bill is a member of both the OSU Buckeye

Bill VanCuren is Vice President and CIO at NCR Corporation. His current assignment as the CIO has oversight over the full application realization process, Portfolio Management, Network and Processing services for both internal and external customer services, security and compliancy, and all workgroup and client computing.
