Daniel 3:17-30

} Dan 3:17 If the God whom we serve isable to save us from the blazing furnaceand from your power, then he will.

} Dan 3:18 But even if he doesn't, YourMajesty may be sure that we will not

worship your god, and we will not bowdown to the gold statue that you have setup."

} Dan 3:19 Then Nebuchadnezzar lost histemper, and his face turned red with

anger at Shadrach, Meshach, andAbednego. So he ordered the furnace tobe heated seven times hotter than usual.

Dan 3:20 And he commanded thestrongest men in his army to tie the threemen up and throw them into the blazingfurnace.

} Dan 3:21 So they tied them up, fullydressed---shirts, robes, caps, and all---and threw them into the blazing furnace.

} Dan 3:22 Now because the king had givenstrict orders for the furnace to be made

extremely hot, the flames burned up the

guards who took the men to the furnace.

} Dan 3:23 Then Shadrach, Meshach, and

Abednego, still tied up, fell into the heart ofthe blazing fire.

} Dan 3:24 Suddenly Nebuchadnezzar leaped

to his feet in amazement. He asked his

officials, "Didn't we tie up three men andthrow them into the blazing furnace?" Theyanswered, "Yes, we did, Your Majesty."

} Dan 3:25 "Then why do I see four men

walking around in the fire?" he asked.

"They are not tied up, and they show nosign of being hurt---and the fourth onelooks like an angel."

} Dan 3:26 So Nebuchadnezzar went up tothe door of the blazing furnace and calledout, "Shadrach! Meshach! Abednego!Servants of the Supreme God! Come out!"And they came out at once.

} Dan 3:27 All the princes, governors,lieutenant governors, and other officials of

the king gathered to look at the threemen, who had not been harmed by thefire. Their hair was not singed, their clotheswere not burned, and there was no smellof smoke on them.

} Dan 3:28 The king said, "Praise the God ofShadrach, Meshach, and Abednego! Hesent his angel and rescued these menwho serve and trust him. They disobeyed

my orders and risked their lives ratherthan bow down and worship any godexcept their own.

}Dan 3:29 "And now I command that if

anyone of any nation, race, or languagespeaks disrespectfully of the God of

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, he isto be torn limb from limb, and his house isto be made a pile of ruins. There is no

other god who can rescue like this."

}Dan 3:30 And the king promoted

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego to

higher positions in the province ofBabylon.

Serving our God at all cost} EVENKahit na?

* you know the law orthe person behind.

* you facethe fiery trials nor pain.

*you will loose your lifeevento the point ofdeath.

*they are committed/devoted /faithful to

their God/willing to defend their faith.

*they know that God is able to save

them.

* they have faith and they trust God.

* God show His power over the king.

* God promoted them.

able to overcome those fierytrials???

First----because they know their God and

they obey their God , that their God isALIVE. And that God will never leave themand will walk with them each step of their

life; and they know their purpose.

---- because they know that their God;is not weak, didnt sleep, never ever get

tired, not blind, not mute, not deaf, notdead, not a thing, not created but acreator, a true and alive God, a supreme

God, God above all gods.
