Congratulations on your recent engagement!

We thank you for considering us for your special day.

The clubhouse at Wildhorse offers an elegant setting, accommodating up to 225 guests.

We feature a picturesque, park like atmosphere with exceptional views of our beautiful golf course,

premier food and beverage service and a professional staff that will work with you hand–in–hand to create

a spectacular event. Below are general costs and a sampling of menus from our Executive Chef.

Cost Estimates

Wedding Ceremony: Our outdoor ceremony location offers breathtaking golf course and mountain views.

Our $500.00 ceremony fee includes a wrought iron gazebo, white chairs, white aisle runner and a one

hour rehearsal, by appointment.

Wedding Packages: $50-$99 per guest, based on menu package selected. Packages include passed hors

d’oeuvres, three-course buffet or plated meal (premier), wedding cake*, coffee and tea station. Wildhorse

offers three primary reception packages: the Premier, Deluxe, and Traditional. Upon request, we are

happy to customize a package to your specifications. We also cater to specialized diets, vegetarian

requests, and children’s entrees.

Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.

Dinner Wine: Pricing is based on wine selection.

Bar Service: Hosted, Consumption or Cash Bar Service available.

Nevada Tax: Applicable Clark County, Nevada Sales Tax will be added to all Food and Beverage charges.

Gratuity: A gratuity of 20% will be added to all charges.

Equipment & Entertainment: Tables, chairs, standard linen & chair covers are included in the wedding

package. Please speak with your Wildhorse Consultant about upgrading your linen options. Wildhorse

utilizes an exclusive DJ company. Please inquire about our DJ & Dance Floor costs and any

entertainment options you may desire.

Incidentals: A credit card must be put presented at time of final payment for any incidentals not included

in your final payment.

Children’s and Vegetarian Options

Children’s Meals are available with the purchase of any of our above packages. Children are considered ages

2 to 10 years old. In place of serving them an adult meal or serving through the Buffet Line we will serve them directly at their

_____ Discuss and book Honeymoon. Make arrangements for Airport transportation (if necessary). Remember to update/get Passports if

traveling out of country.

_____ Book Wedding night Accommodations (if not leaving that evening)

_____ Set up Bridal Registry

_____ Final fitting for Wedding Dress, Bridal Party gowns. Rent tuxedos and schedule final fitting & pickup a day prior to Wedding.

_____ Attend tasting at Reception facility. Finalize menu.

_____ Get Marriage license (best to be done at least 1-2 weeks prior).

_____ Purchase any additional décor (rose petals, glass beads, fabric, favors etc) and confirm setup time. Many Facilities have restrictions

on certain items (i.e., confetti, streamers, birdseed, rice, sparklers). Discuss Restrictions and finalize all room setup thoughts and

ideas. Pick up Guest book and/or Photo Matte, Personal toasting glasses, cake knife set, flower girl basket, ring bearer pillow, etc.

_____ Make any final payments due. Submit final number of guests attending to Ceremony and/or Reception Facility. Submit final

details and guest list to facilities as needed and/or required. Confirm final Deliveries/arrivals/setup with all vendors.

_____ Get room diagram from Reception location and create seating chart. Print place cards and table

Numbers/names as necessary.

_____ Pick up Wedding dress and be sure it was pressed before taking home.

_____ Pack for Honeymoon and make arrangements with Maid of Honor & Best Man to take care of loading Car for you. They should

handle all of your getaway details.

_____ Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties (try to plan these for at least two nights prior to Wedding Day)

_____ Make name change/address change arrangements. Write out and address thank-you cards (you can Have Maid of Honor mail out

after Wedding Day)

_____ Prepare any day of payment/tip envelopes and give to Best Man to distribute as needed

_____ Present gifts to Wedding Party, parents (if you choose to) at Rehearsal Dinner

_____ Make arrangements to bring any items necessary to Reception facility day before Wedding. Go over All details one last time and

make any changes needed (don’t worry, most facilities are prepared for Last minute changes).

_____ Get a good night’s sleep and remember to eat a bite before the Ceremony & Reception!

_____ Relax, Breathe….. and Enjoy your Wedding Day!

The secret to a successful Wedding is in the planning. Hire a Wedding Coordinator if one is not offered to

you. Be sure to utilize your Wedding Party to the fullest- that’s why you chose them to help you. Don’t

worry about taking care of ALL the details, this is why you hired Professionals, let them do their job and

they won’t disappoint you. Remember that a “Really good deal” from a Vendor isn’t always a good thing.

If you stress over everything being perfect, the day will be over and won’t have enjoyed any part of it.

Remember that some things don’t always happen as planned - it’s how the Vendors you hired react and

adapt to the mistakes that make a difference. If they’re doing their jobs right, you won’t realize the behind

the scenes “fix it’s”.

And most important…. Remember that this is YOUR day so take all the advice that you can but in the

end everything should be about the two of you. The exchanging of your vows is the only part that truly

matters everything else is just, like we say in the business, “Fluff”!

Always discuss timeline with both Reception Facility and DJ/Musicians. Often times they have a set way

of coordinating the sequence to ensure a proper service of the food and flow for the evening. Remember

that they have experience in creating a timeline that will work well for all the events during the night. In

order to leave enough time for dancing it is best to put the most important traditions prior to the dinner

service. Most of your guests will have eaten during the Appetizer hour so it gives you a little “buffer”

time between this and dinner to entertain them with those moments they don’t want to miss out on later.

Choosing to do the toast earlier in the evening also ensures that it will be a “sober” toast (if you are

offering a bar that evening) and it will help prevent most embarrassing moments from arising. In the end

remember that it is your day so you do have the final say, but this is the one time to listen and take advice

from those who have done this many times before. This is one of the details that you shouldn’t have to

worry about. Your Wedding Day should be for you to enjoy, not one you should have to direct.
