people in Africa from using Wikipedia
– Themes that can be applied throughout the Global South
– Insights will be used to execute marketing strategy (partner marketing and WMF tactics)

– Face-to-face interviews (‚man on the street‛): 500 each
– Mobile surveys: 4500 total in Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, South Africa
