Inform parents of test dates, test specifics and use of results. Letter will be distributed to school testing coordinator.

Scores reports must be shared within 30 days of receipt of the score. We expect reports to arrive by June 10. Scores are confidential. Teacher report and parent report are the same.

Check the labels for accuracy.

If the information on the label is correct, place it on the front cover of the test book in the designated box. VERIFY the TIER before attaching the label!

If the information if incorrect, return the label to the testing coordinator. You will need to hand code the book according to the instructions in the NC Guide (pages 31-35).

If there is NO label for a student (a newly enrolled student), you will need to hand code the book according to the instructions in the NC Guide (pages 31-35).

If you place a label on a booklet in error, follow the directions in the NC Guide (page 30).

You must complete a Review of Testing Accommodations Form for each child testing with accommodations and keep it on file at the school.

How can we provide a student with Manual Control of Item Audio, Repeat Item Audio, and Extended Speaking Test Response Time?• As stated in the NCDPI ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 Accessibility and

Accommodations Quick Reference document, these accommodations will be provided to the student identified as EC using the following formula:

• If student has Scheduled Extended Time, then Extended Speaking Test Response Time will be applied.

• If student has Computer Reads Test Aloud—Student Controlled then they will receive Manual Control of Item Audio will be applied.

• If student has Test Administrator Reads Test Aloud, then Repeat Item Audio will be applied.
