BIO :-

Vinti is a transformational and a mindset coach. She works on a mission to help people achieve an overall symphony of their personality and physiology, with a boost to their mindset. She has guided people in their journey to know their true worth by helping them find clarity in their life. She is an enthusiastic traveler and avid reader. Empowering women has always been very close to her heart.

BIO :-

• An MBA from S.P.Jain, Mumbai by qualification, with 10 years experience in the corporate sector in various departments like Business planning, Imports, Marketing and New Product Development.

• An artist at heart, a mentor at the core and scientific in approach, it is only natural for her to cause miracles in her own life and then go on to create techniques to ensure miraculous transformations in her clients.

• Her guidance helps parents sky-rocket their parenting journeys from “Manage to Miracles”.

• She has developed a unique concept “Xperienciopedia” – every experience is the opportunity to gain as much knowledge as in an encyclopedia – and authored a children’s book with that concept.

• As a life coach, parenting expert and motivational guru, she has many result-oriented programs which have transformed several lives.

Neha is passionate about helping and motivating professional and have done her bit in helping many young qualified professionals in finding right opportunities. Coming from a culturally inclined family, her inclination towards enriching heritage and culture is a part of her personality.

BIO :- Shrimoyee Mathur is a digital media designer with nearly 17 years of experience in digital design in various MNCs in India and Australia. She freelances as Art Smart Designs and is a social entrepreneur with her new start-up brand called Asmita Atelier that works with Covid hit artisans and craftspeople. She designs and create sustainable fashion accessories like handcrafted, handwoven clutches and curates home decor and jewelry. A part of the proceeds of the sales go to Cancer Research for Kids. She is interested in promoting and engaging with women to create sustainable livelihoods through their skills and talents.

Harsha is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and is currently working as a senior manager in one of the Big 4s. Outside of her corporate career, her interests lie in Carnatic music and learning about Indian history. She is an avid traveler and loves to put down her travel experiences in writing. She believes that the country with an equal women workforce always emerges as a happy and prosperous nation and is therefore keen to work on Women Empowerment.

Having worked with some of the best Luxury Hotels in India, she is acutely aware of the stakeholder expectations in fast-paced organisations. And as an expert in behaviour based change work, she is proficient in moving people beyond fixing problems to creating possibilities.

in the IT/ITES industry Dipti has headed the Human Resources department

in companies of all sizes and with diverse people across the globe. She has

worked with multi-national organizations sizes ranging from 75 to around

1500 employees and has achieved a well-rounded experience, combining

excellence with leadership and work. She has been exposed to all facets of HR,

including helping set up startup organizations. She has created and

implemented policies and programs to ensure the capture of the best talent;

collaborate and facilitate learning and development initiatives for both local

and international staff.

Hemali is an entrepreneur, a certified career coach and a product and

management professional with 17 plus years of corporate experience in United

States. Most recently, she has been actively involved in consulting to public

private partnership initiatives along with entrepreneurial initiatives. She has

been part of SMART City initiatives with public private partnerships as part of

a Trust. Her entrepreneurial initiatives are towards supporting local industry

and skills in textiles and design to make quality products at affordable prices.

She is a big proponent of VOCAL for LOCAL.

Hemali wants to make a difference to lives of more women, define outreach

programs with WICCI, involve skilled women in handicrafts and is keen to

help public sector support culture and tourism via small businesses.

BIO :-

Lakshmi Ranganath is an architect and interior designer by profession. In addition to designing and executing residential and commercial projects, she has 14 years of experience in teaching and training architecture and interior design students and has helped 500+ students to qualify as professionals. She has a great zeal in and educating underprivileged girls and boys from remote villages all around Karnataka. Is actively involved in mentoring and coaching girls from orphanages around Bangalore in helping them to have a brighter future. Her hobbies are dancing, cooking, traveling, gardening and music and is a philomath of various topics.
