Maintain PCI Compliance

Ensure Data SecurityIf you are using emailed forms, you are not taking proper care of your

guests personal information.

And many of your guests are, well - VIPs. They would certainly care if

their personal data was compromised.

Storing customers personal information on e-mail is not secure. Yourbank doesnt do it. Amazon doesnt do it. Why do you?

Storing spreadsheets or e-mail on your laptop is not secure. Printing out/emailing charge forms to the box office is not secure.

Information breaches occur all the time. Just ask us, weve

inconveniently filled out hundreds of forms and have lots of stories!

What is PCI?

In 2004 the major credit card issuers created PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance standards to protectpersonal information and ensure security when transactions are processed using a payment card.

All members of the payment card industry (financial institutions, credit card companies and merchants) mustcomply with these standards if they want to accept credit cards.

Failure to meet compliance standards can result in fines from credit card companies and banks and even the lossof the ability to process credit cards.

You are not compliant if:

You send credit card data through e-mail You have unsecured credit card information stored on your

laptop and/or on your email server.

You print out order forms with credit card information and donot secure the forms

e-mailed forms with credit

card information create severePCI compliance problems

Not a whole lot was hotter in 2011 than the Glee tour in the spring. LiveAccess was called upon to distribute the many industry VIP tickets for this no-comp tour. Since this was a TV show tour, there were a lot of VIP local affiliates

and sponsors that received these sought-after tickets.

Probably one of the biggest tours of 2010-2011 is the Bon Jovi "Circle Tour" -you can't get bigger than BJ. Eventric's Live Access, in partnership with Bon Joviand AEG, is producing one of the best guest no-comp ticketing experiences for allinvolved - at volumes that parallel the support of this legendary band.

Live Access was the guest ticketing system of choice for the Nine Inch Nails"Wave Goodbye" tour shows, probably one of the most sought-after tickets of theseason. Trent Reznor made a concerted effort to ensure that all tickets are in the

hands of fans instead of scalpers and Eventric was proud to be a part of thatprocess.
