In Bangladesh, HSE activities should be designed and regulated under Factory act 65

As per Factory act 65:The following things must be addressed under Safety:

1. Precaution in case of fire2. Fencing of machinery3. Work on or near machinery in motion4. Employment of young persons on dangerous machines5. Protection of eyes6. Explosive or inflammable dust, gas7. Pressure plant8. Floor, stumps, opening in floor
