Why Do We Take the California Standards Tests?
CST - California Standardized Test Standardized tests are tests that the whole school takes,
the whole district, the whole state of California and in many cases the whole United States.
The STAR--CST test is based on the California State Standards.
This test is designed to help teachers and administrators determine areas off strength and areas to improve upon..
We need your best effort on the STAR test!! The results of your test are used to calculate our school's
API score. The API score is also used to rank schools throughout the state. We want to have the best ranking possible, because we have the best students.
