Why are we here?

• It’s been some time since our last open house and the project has resumed after some delay; an open house was held yesterday

• We wanted to bring this project to AMS Council to ensure that we get student feedback

• Students are future alumni and thus have a stake in the building

• Given our proximity, we want to be a good neighbour with the new SUB
