Who We Are We are always helping to harmonize goals, desires, hopes and

dreams with God’s call

Spiritual Lives Of Women believes that mothers have a

unique spiritual nature that connects us to the creative

powers of God and the world around; but too often moms

can't find time for themselves, let alone found time for God!

Spiritual Direction helps to support a mother’s spiritual

nature, encouraging her spiritual growth and allowing her to

find ways to open herself to a deeper relationship with the

Divine

I am a wife and mother. We have four children, two boys, and twin

girls. My husband and I met in college and

have been married for more than 20 years.

Together we have been through sick

preemie girls, rebellious teens, sleepless

nights, and time on our knees. What has

kept us going through all of this? Belief

that God is always with us and that prayer does work, and has.

The Future Mommy Mantra

A journey through the Spirituality of Motherhood by examining major Scripture concepts.

Each card asks mom to take time out of her day to sit with God for five minutes; that is how long each card is designed to take, just enough time for a cup of coffee and God.

Living Love/Motherhood and God

These programs help moms create the world they hope to have for their families, one where love is a focus.

Kairos for Mom

A self-paced program that is divided into four parts: Understanding, Renewal Transformation, and Proclaiming.

Each “week” is designed to bring us from original sin to the Glory of God in our lives.

There is a video mediation, Scripture passage, journal question and spiritual exercise to help mom understand the spiritual nature of motherhood and her relationship with God.

Each “week” ends with a spiritual direction session to help mom “put it all together.”

Spiritual Lives Of Women believes…. Home is the first place we experience the love of God, the love of

family and a place of rest and refuse. As moms we know that home

is a paradox, it is the source of consistency but is always in a state

of flux; and it’s that flux that makes it important to try and have a

time for the sacred every day. And the sacred includes care for

ourselves: Body, Mind and Spirit.
