How does the constitution limit the

powers of the president?

The constitution is like a guide line for the president to followThe president cannot change what is in the constitutionThe president must share some of his powers with the congress

How are the branches organized:

Department of state: to handle relations with other countries.Department of treasury: to handle the money of the federal government.

Attorney General: to be the chief law enforcement officerDepartment of War: now called the Department of Defense to handle the defense of the nation.

National born citizen, has to be 35 years of age, has to be at least 14 years as a resident of the U.S.!

Other Fun Facts:

The president is not in charge of all of the laws they must also be passed by the other branches of government.
