We opened 2011 with aseries on learning how tohear His voice, as we believethat when we want to startsomething, for example thisyear, we want to start it theway God wants us to startit.

It was one of the best waysto start the year and nowthat we are learning towalk by His direction, weare going to move on with anew series.

SAVING RUTH is all aboutlearning how God reallymoves in our lives, in everycircumstance that we facethroughout. Here we willsee how Gods hands havebeen busy making our lifehappen, securing that Hiswill in our lives comes topass. It is all about Hisfaithfulness in our lives

throughout every season.

Our topics will be Gods Handin our Suering, Gods Handin our Luck, Gods Hand inour Blessings, Gods Hand inour Risks, Gods Hand in ourShrewdness and Gods Hand inour Redemption.

The irst topic will be on March 6and this series will end by April 9.We have prepared booklets aboutthe series which you can use foryour small group gatherings. We

also have merchandise such asbookmarks and t-shirts. If youwant to avail these items, justapproach the Ushers table orask Maan Tuvilla for orders orpurchases.

Today will be our kick o partyand launching of this new series.We are very happy to have youwith us this morning and I hopeyou will all enjoy, learn and beblessed by this celebration andby the rest of this series!- Arlynn Mendoza, series director

Saturday and the staff had a nice

lunch at their house. But it wasnt the

end of the celebration! Last Sunday,

the staff surprised him just before

the service ended. A skit portraying

PC was frst presented, and then

everyone sang a Happy Birthday. Heblew his cake and then Pastor JB and

prayed for him.

SILAY GatheringLast Wednesday, a family in

Silay City opened thier home and

gatehred their whole family eager

to receive and listen to Gods word.

The Woman who Impressed God

What would we expect to see, if GOD put His stamp of approval onsomeone?What if the person in question was a woman from an accursed nation she was one of only 2 women who had a book named after her?

she was one of only 3 women who appeared in Jesus genealogy?

How many of you would think that that woman must have impressed God?The woman were talking about this morning is Ruth. All that was true of her.AND since those things are true, since Ruth received credentials from God thatsaid she had His approval, there must be something in the book of Ruth thatreveals what it was that impressed God.

God is impressed with Ruth. She has His credentials of approval. God wants usto see that what impresses Him about women like her. What impressedGod?The fact that Ruth was a girl that- Worked hard- Was very humble- Was not self-centered- And had a servants heart

Ruth 3:11 And now, my daughter, dont be afraid. I will do for you all you ask.All my fellow townsmen know that you are a woman of noble character.

Thats the type of person who impresses God - whether male or female. Butbefore you can truly impress God, you must make the decision that Ruth madewhen she rst considered leaving with Naomi. You must decide to take this

God as your own

God has put a dream in every-ones heart; and last Sunday Feb-ruary 20, He reminded us that Hes the God of dreams and those

who hope for Him will never befailed. As we continued to gathern WHM Laguna, Ps. Alma Pal-

mares and her sister Nang Rocelvisited us. Ps. Alma talked aboutoseph and his DREAMS. Likeoseph, God wants us to dream big

and to never let go of that dreamwhatever temptations may come.oseph was able to do well where

most people would have failed.That is why God lifted Joseph allover Egypt, and the name of Godwas gloriied because of him.Everyone was blessed during thecelebration; the newcomers have

experienced Gods great moveespecially during the ministerinetime. Almost all cried. In fact afterthe service some of them textedus if they could join the group andone of them went with us in ourboarding house to enjoy the fel-owship. God is really amazing,

and every week He is doing some-thing great. Continue to dreamHigh for our God is willing to liftus up! He is the God of impossibleand He is the God of Dreams!!!
