Abstract MeFy is an integrated health platform that provides a platform for everyone to play its role for the betterment of society and individuals’ health. Starting from an individual to his / her friends and family, from doctors to pharmacists, hospitals to pharmaceutical companies, researchers to government institutions. MeFy intends to build a private cloud and tightly integrate with a private blockchain to enable participation and data sharing across platform. MeFy will use the blockchain not to just create health records and share but will also enable auto health record creation through IOT enabled MeMe Edge device. Every prescription written by the doctor using MeMe eConsult will not be stored as an image or file, but every detail entered by the doctor will contribute to user health record be it the diagnosis done by the doctor or the medication prescribed by the doctor or a lifestyle correction advised by doctor. This will be followed with diet and lifestyle management through the MeMe Care App. The social platform will enable the individuals to share home remedies and health tips as well as allowing researchers to publish white papers and get paid for the hard work. Retail pharmacies will be able to manage their inventory and supply chain using MeMe Smart AI Supply Chain. MeMe Edge MeMe Edge enables patients to test different health parameter as many times as the patients’ needs based on a yearly subscription and paying for the consumables. It can scan patients body for multiple parameters like Pulse rate, Blood pressure, Temperature, body scale, body position, ECG, Glucometer, SPO2, Airflow and many others. Once body scan is done they can request for consultation. Our platform is based on patients set preferences and current condition searches for available doctors for consultation and connects the doctor. Based on the health parameter and discussion with patients, doctor will write down a prescription which is delivered to the patients through the MeMe Edge device and on their mobile.


Current Test SPO2: - An estimate of the amount of oxygen in the blood. Glucometer: - To check your blood sugar level. Airflow: - to measure the breathing rate in a patient in need of respiratory help. ECG: - An électrocardiogramme (ECG) is a test which measures the electrical activity of your heart to show whether or not it is working normally. EMG :- An electromyogram (EMG) is a test that is used to record the electrical activity of muscles. GSR :- Measures the electrical conductance of the skin, which varies with its moisture level. This is of interest because the sweat glands are controlled by the sympathetic nervous system, so moments of strong emotion, change the electrical resistance of the skin. Body Position:- The Patient Position Sensor (Accelerometer) monitors five different patient positions (standing/sitting, supine, prone, left and right.). Body Position Sensor uses a triple axis accelerometer to obtain the patient's position. Body Scale:- Body scale uses a BLE connection to sync your weight, BMI, and body fat readings. The parameters you can measure with this device are: weight, bone mass, body fat, muscle mass, body water, visceral fat, Basal Metabolic Rate and Body Mass Index.


Temperature :- The temperature sensor allows you to measure this key parameter for body monitoring. BP :- Blood pressure is the pressure of the blood in the arteries as it is pumped around the body by the heart. EEG :- To see your brainwaves change in real time. Spirometer:- pulmonary function measuring device that measures your maximum possible exhalation which is called peak expiratory flow (PEF) and forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1). Snore:- This sensor attaches to the neck and records vibration.


MeMe Care App MeMe Care Individual mobile app, provides access to MeFy platform for individuals or patients. The app is a single point of access to securely view and update different parameters of individual health. It allows user to capture diet details and receive analysed feedback from the platform. It captures daily activity like walking and running while letting user to enter details about other activities. It allows user to view his past health data and reports of the tests performed on MeMe Edge device and view or post health tips or research papers. It also allows patients/individuals to pay to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals or insurance companies in fiat currency or MEFY tokens. MeMe Doctor Web App & Mobile App MeMe Doctor Web and Mobile app allows doctors to expand their practice beyond geographical boundaries. It allows doctors to manage multiple clinics, his clinic appointments and MeMe eConsult™ appointments, write MeMe ePrescription™ for patients and receive payment from patients in fiat currency or MEFY tokens.


MeMe BOT It captures individuals’ health and lifestyle data in an interactive way, reminds users on various aspects of their health like appointments, diet, activity, medicine and schedule appointments for health test. MeFy Solution Roadmap MeMe Pharmacy MeMe Pharmacy will provide a desktop and mobile application for retail pharmacies. It will enable them to manage their inventory, process prescription, perform stock reconciliation, manage financial accounting and with MeMe Smart Supply Chain it will allow pharmacies to reduce their cost and increase profits. MEFY tokens — a new economy and incentive structure for the MEFY platform The fundamental unit of value within the MeFy system is the MEFY Coin token (“token”), backed by healthcare services. Tokens provide non-volatile, inflationary-resistant digital value within the MeFy system. The MEFY token will be derived from a standard Ethereum ERC20 token and will be tradable on exchanges. The platform will maintain one-to-one mapping with legally bound promises for healthcare services from the MeFy network of Health Coaches, redeemable at any given time.
