known as process mapping. Process
mapping is a valuable tool used in process

engineering.
Procedures are clearly defined processes / activities of the particular department and the responsibilities of the concerned person are also noted. The process or activity that needs to be carried out is clearly defined here and by documenting the same you increase your chances of bringing about organizational order and consistency.
