Message from the Managers

The summer is going by fast! Thank you to all the residents who have kept their yards nicely mowed. Please also remember to blow off the street debris from your mowing.

Don’t forget, all residents must keep roofs and sheds clean of all pine needles and debris. Please mark your calendars for the “Cupcake Party” in August, and for the “Pie and Ice Cream Party” in Sept!

Thank you to Bill Madsen & his family for his wonderful 95th Birthday Party! We all enjoyed the hamburgers, chicken, and all the fixings, and also the super birthday cake and ice cream. Bill, we were all so happy to share your 95th Birthday with you at our clubhouse.
